FIRST TUITION PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.

Children who are registered today, may start two school days later.

Examples:

Child enrolled on Monday; can start Wednesday

Child enrolled on Tuesday; can start Thursday

Child enrolled on Friday; can start on Tuesday (or if Monday is a holiday, child can start on Wednesday)

 

Tuition Information

(2008-2009 School Year)

Registration Fee:	$20.00 (one time fee – for new enrollees)
Supply Fee:	None
Early Release Fee:	None
Re-Enrollment Fee:	$30.00 (if child has been dropped from ASK and re-enrolls within the same school year)
Late Fee:	$20.00 per child will be assessed if payment is not physically in our office by the 5th of the month.
First Child:	$1,870.00 per school year or Ten equal payments of $187.00
	·         $187.00 due when registering
	·         $187.00 due the 1st of each month September – May
Second Child:	$1,670.00 per school year or… Ten equal payments of $167.00
	·         $167.00 due when registering
	·         $167.00 due the 1st of each month September – May

Tuition is a flat rate, based on the school year calendar.

Financial Assistance
Urban Ministries After School Kare helps an average of 200 children each year by giving out over $200,000 in scholarships and financial assistance. For more information on scholarships and financial assistance, please call our Customer Service Specialist at 431-6466 ext. 121.

Ratio
Our contract ratio with the NISD is 1:18. We are often able to maintain ratios lower than those stated in our contracts.

Summer Care
ASK offers extended care throughout the summer at designated locations in collaboration with Northside Independent School District (NISD). For more information on this extended care, please call 431-6466, ext. 138.
