Members operate Fairweather Professional Services, Inc., a janitorial and landscape company. FPS provides an opportunity for members to work on landscape or janitorial contracts. These work opportunities provide an individual 10-35 hours a week of work. Employees earn minimum wage to $10.00 an hour.
