State required 8-Hour Pre-Service

CERTIFIED SITE MANAGERS:
PT, M-F, 2-6:30 p.m. Starting pay is $9.45 hourly
depending on experience. Certified site managers must meet
TDPRS licensing requirements for a Director of a Day Care Center
and be 21 Yrs+. Min. 1 year supervisor and child care
experience. Must have Director Certificate and reliable
transportation is a must.
SITE MANAGERS:
PT, M-F, 2-6:30 p.m. Starting pay is $8.25 hourly.
Should enjoy working with children and be good with detailed
paperwork. Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma
or GED and have a minimum of six months to a one year
supervisory and child care experience. Reliable transportation
is a must.
SECONDARY SITE
MANAGERS:
PT, M-F, 2-6:30 p.m. Starting pay is $8.00 hourly.
Should enjoy working with children and be good with detailed
paperwork. Must be 20 years or older with a high school diploma
or GED and have a minimum of six months to a one year
supervisory and child care experience. Reliable transportation
is a must.
CHILD CARE
SPECIALISTS:
PT, M-F, 2-6:30 p.m. (average of 4hrs daily) Starting pay is
$7.25 hourly. Child Care Specialists are the backbone of
ASK!
In addition to meeting the minimum requirements of being 18
years or older with a high school diploma or GED, Child Care
Specialists should possess the desire and skills to work with
elementary school-age children. Experience working with children
in a licensed day care facility is preferred but not required.
Excellent training is provided and reliable transportation is a
must.
SUBSTITUTES:
Same requirements and hours as Child Care Specialist. Flexible
day schedules. Starting Pay $7.50 per hour. Vehicle is
required due to the nature of the job.
